My evening in this restaurant was clearly a highlight during my time in Japan. You can chose between two options both including a variety of amazing dishes. I chose the more expensive course (approximately 50 Euros) expecting that I would experience the best program and I was not disappointed. Each dish revealed new great taste, some ingredients which I have never tasted before in my whole life. Please have a look at the pictures yourself, you will see the creativity and beauty that the chef puts into his work. For foreign guests: Takuji can speak English, so a good experience is guaranteed! I wish I could come here more often, but unfortunately I live in Germany and not Japan.

Every time the menu changes (the photo shows a mix of menus from various seasons), we incorporate seasonal vegetables from Hiroshima farmers, and each time there are delicious discoveries and surprises.

A Japanese restaurant that I was interested in. I couldn't go because I still felt like I wasn't worth it, but it was taken out because of the prevention, so I asked about the atmosphere of the store. It feels great. The warm interior and interior will make you feel like you are in a modern Japanese cafe. The shopkeeper was also a refreshing person, not the unapproachable impression of craftsmanship that I had imagined. I received the Inoshika Sansho Keema Curry Bento and the Jigozen Fried Oyster Bento. The keema curry has a strong flavor of Japanese pepper at the first bite, and the wild meat is unbearable, but gradually you can feel the sweetness of the vegetables (maybe tomatoes), and it is delicious. I was also surprised by the deliciousness of the fried oysters. Each oyster is big and crispy, and soft on the batter. The elegant flavor spreads throughout your mouth. I think it would be nice to talk about a limited takeout menu, but I would like to recommend this opportunity to those who feel the same way.
