Nagano, Japan｜mocha bread

It's a little expensive, but it's a very good bread. I like hard bread, so it matches my taste.

It was my first time visiting. Most of the shelves were empty, probably because it was past 2:30 pm, but I bought some. The round bread was surrounded by pie (maybe it was layered dough? It didn't have much of a buttery feel to it), and the inside was brioche-like, and unlike I expected, there wasn't anything inside. It was so delicious and I simply enjoyed the bread itself! The cranberry cream cheese was a delicious bread with plenty of cranberries and cream cheese, and although it was small, it was heavy and filling! Next time, I would like to visit early in the morning when there is a large selection of products!

This is a famous store in the southern part of Nagano City that specializes in everything from hard breads to sweet breads. They also make stollen and galette des rois, and all of the breads are delicious. I like the hard ones like Anbutter, Chocoline, and Fromage on Komachi. The owner and his wife are also nice people 😊
