The bakery here has a strong parking lot impact and is said to cure cancer and diabetes. The ratio of rice bran and bamboo ink is high, and the price is around 800 yen, but it is a niche shop like a rush temple. I tried many different types of bread, but this was the type of bread that I could easily tell was good for the body. The store manager is also very personable and explains things to me, making it one of the few stores that I would want to go to again. Inside the store, there are many books like a library on fermented foods and cancer treatment, and although you can't take them out, you can look at them as much as you like. This also makes me happy. I will go again!

A Kusetsuyo bakery founded in the Meiji period. Outside the store, there are a lot of billboards, all about health, and what looks like an installation of dinosaur figurines. Bread is usually delicious. I'm glad that they are open early in the morning.

A dubious bakery that sells koji bread claiming to cure cancer. There's a huge diorama whose concept I don't quite understand. The owner is probably an incredibly active person, having skied Mt. Tsurugidake in his 60th birthday. Bread is usually delicious.
