Chichibu, Saitama, Japan｜Bakery Lapin Noir

This is my favorite bakery/bread shop in the Chichibu area. It is very close to the Seibu Chichibu Station and has a charming variety of breads and desserts. You can sit in the shop and easy whatever you buy. I try to visit this shop whenever I go to Chichibu.

A lovely surprise

It feels like they are carefully made with good ingredients. Both round bread and whole wheat (?) bread have a unique and strong chewy feel, and they have a simple yet bread-like taste. I especially feel that white bread is delicious no matter how you eat it. Make it into butter, jam, or sandwiches. Actually, I tried sandwiching a handmade hamburger at home, and as expected, it turned out to be a filling hamburger sandwich that made the most of the ingredients and had its own presence. The gentle and deep flavors of the cream bread and tart were also quite good. If I ever come to Chichibu, I'll definitely add this restaurant to my list of places I want to visit again.
