Shibukawa, Gunma, Japan｜Fujii Bakery

Although it's far from my house, I passed by the store on my way to work, so I reserved a loaf of bread and bought it. When I made the reservation, I ordered it in 5 pieces, but if you buy it like this, you can't go wrong. I have pre-ordered and purchased a loaf of bread before, and the dough feels solid. When eaten raw, it doesn't feel very moist, and compared to the one at the bakery near my house, it tastes better. However, I think it's slightly better when toasted with margarine. This one is about 20 yen cheaper though. Unfortunately, it's far from my house, so if you're going to come all the way to this store to buy it, the local bakery will suffice. Torn chocolate? Or maybe chopped chocolate chips? Well, I bought something like that as well, and it was quite delicious. Next time, if I have a chance, I'm thinking of buying regular bread for lunch.

It's a little far from my home, so I don't get to visit often, but I stop by every time I'm passing by. You may not be able to buy popular breads if the timing is not right, but you can't go wrong no matter which one you try. The price range is around 200 yen, which makes it very easy to buy, and even if you buy a lot, it will cost you less than 1000 yen. (Of course, it's just one serving...) If you have freshly baked bread, you may find yourself biting into it the moment you get into the car. There are a few types of desserts, but I tend to buy extra for snacks, so if there's an attractive bakery nearby, I tend to end up eating too many calories, so it's a good idea to have a good sense of distance. (lol) The staff's response was very good and I would like to come back again.
