Ashikaga, Tochigi, Japan｜パン工房 フロイデ

A cute little bakery with friendly staff and all kinds of interesting products. Sandwiches, too. Seems to have strange opening hours. Very popular with locals in suburban north Ashikaga Shi. Recommended.

I visited when it opened at 9:30 in the morning. There are 3 parking spaces, all with customers waiting for the store to open, which is no wonder why it's so popular based on word of mouth. Everything is affordable and easy to get All of them have a really warm and gentle taste. I visited right after opening time, so there were still some empty shelves. Next time, I would like to buy other breads a little later.

Someone from work bought Dainagon's round bread for me, so I asked them where the shop was, and it was close to where I was going, so I stopped by. I had planned to only buy round bread, but I bought so many that I was worried about my wallet, but it turned out to be cheaper than I expected. I'll go again when I'm nearby.
