Kanuma, Tochigi, Japan｜カンタービレ

The bread here is delicious. I like shrimp mayo for side dish bread. Recommended is white bread. The fabric is fine and fluffy up to the ears. I've eaten bread from several specialty bread shops, but I like the bread from here.

This is my first visit since it was introduced on Nippon TV's Hirunandesu late last year. This shop is located in the countryside of Kanuma, and has a cute red door. There are so many types of bread, such as pizza bread, Danish pastry, and cream bread made with locally grown vegetables, that it's hard to know which one to choose. "Calpis Butter Bread" also seems to be popular and is recommended.U^ｪ^U

How many times have you asked? The blueberry Danish was very delicious with a good balance between the texture and sweetness of the blueberries and the cream inside. I want to eat it again.
