In addition to the parking lot in front of the store, there are 7 parking spaces on the south side. The parking lot is quite crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, but it vacates immediately after the store opens, so you should wait in line starting from the south side of the store and facing north. At the store, there were breads lined up in carrier bags that were reserved for a specific time. If you don't have a reservation and really want to eat today, tickets will be distributed from the time the bread starts baking before the store opens, and you can get the same day's portion on a first-come, first-served basis even if you don't have a reservation. The 100 pieces will sell out quickly, so hurry! The parking lot is crowded during this time and it is hard to find a space. The expiry date of bread is 4 days. When freshly baked, the bread is fluffy and moist, with a slightly sweet taste, like a chiffon cake, and will fill your mouth with happiness. If you tie your mouth properly, it will stay fluffy like pancakes the next day. The third day was almost as fluffy. By the fourth day, it had become the consistency of normal bread. I had it on toast and it was exceptional. In the end, it was delicious without adding anything until the end.

I ate it as a gift and it was delicious. As for the sweetness, it's definitely sweet, but it's this kind of bread, so I think it's fine. I don't think it's too sweet. You can eat it as it is by splitting it with your hands. I ate it in about 3 days, but it was still fluffy and I could eat it.
