It's a friend's bakery that I've always wanted to go to, but I never got around to it, so it was my long-awaited opportunity to bake! When I entered the store, I was told that the vending machine might have more varieties😅, so I moved to the vending machine. Lots of delicious-looking breads were waiting to be taken home 🥐😆 I bought small orange bread, cream cheese, and Wiener bread ~ They were eaten before I could take a photo, so I only had orange bread 😅 It was delicious. is! Since I was before going out, I couldn't buy a large amount of bread, so I think I'll go get some other types of bread, such as white bread ☺️

All the breads are carefully made using Shirakami Kodama yeast and are delicious, so I always end up buying a lot of them. Melon bread is my favorite sweet bread. However, although there are orange peel breads available at other bakeries, this one suits my taste the best. And Stollen is something you can buy near Christmas. This is also sold at various stores this season, but for me, this stollen is the best! ! From now on, chocolate stollen will also be on sale for Valentine's Day. These two types of Stollen are something I look forward to every year.

Although it is far from the main street, it is easy to find. Although there is a small counter and entry restrictions, you can take your time making your selections. The bread is soft and chewy and can be eaten without adding anything. This is a rare bakery that closes after lunch, so it's best to arrive early.
