Right in front of Aizu Junior College There were many hard sandwiches that would be suitable for fashionable students. I love hard breads, so I keep looking at them. For now, I bought lemon pie ciabatta campagne. Ciabatta is an Italian meal bread. Crispy around the edges and chewy inside I tried it with olive oil and salt. That's correct (lol) The cranberries and cashew nuts are delicious without adding anything. The pie was also crispy and delicious. There were still many breads I wanted to try, so if I have a chance, I'll stop by.

If I want hard bread or meal bread, I come from Koriyama to buy it. I like chapata and it's hard to find it in Koriyama, so I'm very happy. The small shop has a wide variety of products, from sweet pastries to meal-type side dish breads, white breads, and Italian meal breads. The grilled asparagus and prosciutto focaccia in the middle of the 4th photo was delicious! It's wrapped in focaccia dough and baked! The asparagus was very fresh and had a nice salty taste, which is rare. I wonder if Stollen is famous? I want to try Stollen next time! It seems that the second floor was an eat-in area, but it is currently closed due to Corona.

This was the only store that sold bread and milk to us during the chaos immediately after the Great Earthquake when supplies were hard to come by. It's been a while since I last visited, and it looks like the store has been renovated. Of course, the product bread is recommended with 5 stars. We also provided two rusks that were jointly developed in collaboration with a local school. Currently, the terrace seats on the second floor are not available due to the coronavirus pandemic, which is a bit disappointing.
