This is a delicious bakery that has become my favorite since the first time I visited it, which is located near the ``Mendokoro Ogura'' that I often visit. The store space is compact. There doesn't seem to be a lot of variety, but there is an eat-in space. It feels like a full-fledged professional bakery run by artisans, and the quality is very high! In particular, the Baguette Classic and Bâtard Classic are delicious and have the flavor of wheat and are fragrant, making them perfect as bread for mealtimes! There are various other types of bread such as melon bread and side dish koppepan, all of which are delicious, but I feel that the simpler the bread, the tastier it is. This shop is recommended for those who like bread! 🥰

I visited on Sunday afternoon. I was more concerned about the number of bicycles than cars, so when I went there, the store was full of tourists from overseas. There aren't many types of bread, but it's easy to find from Osaka. I ate hard bread with figs in it. It had a lot of big pulp and was very delicious. The baguette sandwich was also very delicious, with a chewy texture and flavor. I would like to visit Soja again.
