This is a high-class bread shop. It's a shop that doesn't have many items such as white bread, Danish bread, and rusks, but the taste of the bread is what makes it stand out ( ´ ▽ ` ) I couldn't decide between genuine raw bread and premium danish, so I bought premium danish ( ´ ▽ ` ) Try eating it as is. A little sweet. I think toast tastes better ( ´ ▽ ` ) When eaten slightly toasted, it has a fluffy, buttery aroma, and the texture is between Danish and white bread, so I think it's delicious when eaten with something.

Since it contains honey, it has a strong sweetness and I could eat it as is. Since it doesn't use eggs, I think it will maintain its fluffy texture over time without getting hard, so I'm looking forward to eating it again tomorrow.

Is delicious. This was my favorite of the four bread specialty stores in Okayama. It's a little sweet, but it's just right and I would buy it again. As everyone has said, it's true that it's difficult to park your car, but when I went there, it was about 30 minutes after they opened, so I had good timing, so it wasn't a problem.
