Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Yamaichi Bakery

We stopped by this bakery on our way to a picnic. What a lovely surprise it was to find the cutest little shop near Hamamatsu Castle. They had a large variety of buns and all of them looked incredibly delicious. We had some savory buns and also desserts such as cinammon rolls. The BLT ciabatta was my favorite!

■Hamamatsu Bakery Tour Croissant Part 14 I had visited once before, but they didn't have croissants that time, so I went for revenge. Visited after 11 o'clock on a weekday. Located in a residential area, there are several parking spaces available in front of the store. Bread was already low. Purchased croissants, banh mi, sandwiches, etc. paypay. Croissants are quite small. When warmed, it gives off a strong buttery scent. The taste is a little different from previous croissants, and it feels quite dense. However, you can clearly see the layers. When I ate it, it felt more chewy than fluffy. You can also really taste the butter, which is good. The other breads, including the banh mi, are also delicious, so I would like to take a look when I'm nearby again.

When I visited just before noon, I was greeted by a lot of fragrant bread and shop staff. I was able to purchase freshly baked mountain bread that I was looking for! Cafe au lait bread, first taste ❤︎ It's sticky, but it tastes like coffee... ♪ I recommend it. I bought an anpan and an butter sandwich as a souvenir for my husband, who loves anko, and he was overjoyed. Next time, I will visit with my husband when he is on vacation. I wonder if there's a corona misfortune in the back? Cafe corner... It would be nice to be able to reopen soon. As someone said, it was a deep bakery! *Instagram is a lot of fun.
