The best bakery in Hamamatsu that I have been going to for over 10 years. I feel like going shopping around 7:00 in the morning before the city starts to move. The owner of this restaurant has excellent technique to bring out the flavor of wheat. Fermentation and maturation are also excellent. All the breads on the shelves are delicious beyond expectations.
