Iida, Nagano, Japan｜Bread Studio Pan-no-jikan

Such a pleasant surprise here in Iida! Just like being in Italy or France. Crunchy baguette (I missed crunchy bread!), large variety of other delicious breads (loved the olive one, had to go back and get another one), croissants, cakes and sandwiches. The staff is very efficient and super super super kind. Thank you for making such delicious bread!

No matter which bread you eat, it is delicious and there is no loss. You can't go wrong with any of the ingredients in the sandwich, such as the uncured ham and salted pork! Bucket is highly recommended! The store clerk is also very pleasant and you can shop comfortably. There are times when popular shops don't have a lot of items, but there are afternoon baked breads, so I'm happy that I don't have to go to the store and not be able to buy them because they're sold out!

The bread is delicious. My favorite is Mentai France. Mentaiko coated in a crispy baguette. I will definitely buy it if I go. I've been eating quite a bit at other stores, but I think it's number one.
