Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan｜Rokubungi

I like bread, but I used to be a big fan of Mugi no Ie. When I was worried about closing the store recently, I happened to find this bread at a hot spring! If you reheat the natural yeast at home, the flavor of the powder and yeast fills your mouth, making it an exquisite dish. Much more delicious than high-end bread in the city. I definitely want to buy it again when I go to Yamanashi.

I was curious about the pamphlet I found by chance in the lobby of a day-trip hot spring, so I stopped by. I can't remember a bread with such a gentle taste. I will definitely ask again.

I visited late on the weekend, so there weren't many varieties, but the natural yeast bread was delicious! Next time I will visit you a little earlier ^^
