Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan｜べいくはうすフェアリー

Hokuto City is so crowded with bakeries that it is always difficult to decide where to buy. But I always come here to Fairy. It's not made by such a fairy, but the cream bread is the most elegant and delicious.

The cream bread exceeded my expectations, the basil and olives were salty and delicious. Sabo was served with bitter coffee for breakfast. It was also good as a souvenir.

If you go in October, they have Stollen, and it's wrapped so it's perfect for gifts! Cream bread is popular, but I personally recommend the red bean paste Danish bread as it is delicious. When I come around here I'll stop by and buy some lol
