Authentic European bread in Kofu. 🥖 Many bakeries claim to be what this bakery is. Great place to get sourdough and real pretzels! If you are craving the good stuff, this is the place to go. The owners are also extremely kind, so expect nothing short of fantastic service.

The only place around Kofu I know of, which bakes proper European style bread including sourdough breads. Thank you! Tried couple of other places around, posing as Euro bakers but they're more of a "local taste buds adjusted" bread makers, where the bread tastes nothing like it's supposed to.
