The matching sense of ingredients and dough is excellent, rather than the specs of natural yeast. I've been here about 10 times so far and haven't missed a beat. When you are confused about various things "Buy both" is correct. When I bought it and put it in the cabinet in the living room, the smell of bread wafted around me, tempting me to eat it quickly.
