While on a business trip, I got off and stopped by a store I'd been checking out for some time. It was early afternoon on a Sunday, but there was a line at the register, and the bread was sold out.I was wondering if I should buy the bread that won the world competition, but I thought I couldn't eat it all by myself, so I bought two other types of hard bread. Is it because you're busy? Perhaps that's the concept, but even though there was no name or description of the bread, I chose the one with the photo that looked delicious. When I bought red wine and ate it, it was bread with bitter chocolate and sesame kneaded into it, and blue cheese, which was the perfect accompaniment to the red wine. High level of taste and aroma, very satisfying.

All of these breads are delicious. Surprisingly cheap. It's great to be able to receive the ears of bread, or rather, almost the entire side of the bread.

The location is under the Hankyu Kobe Line guardrail, but it's a stylish and great bakery. The cream bread has a custard cream flavor and is absolutely delicious. Other breads with magical flavors such as mascarpone cheese and marron, and honey and gorgonzola combinations are also available. I understand that the chef has received various awards. Also, bread with raisins. It has an exquisite elasticity, and when baked, it has a crispy texture and is mysteriously delicious. The area between Kobe and Hanshin, including Nishinomiya, is a competitive area for bread and there are many delicious bakeries, and this one is one of the famous ones.
