This is my favorite bakery in Okamoto, a competitive area for bakeries! I can't visit on weekdays, but on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, there are times when it's open and times when it's closed, and when I want to go, it's sometimes when it's closed...lol We recommend checking the business day calendar on Instagram etc. I usually buy side dish croissant sandwiches and half-sized croque monsieurs because I like them, but this time I went with ham and camembert caskute and cream croissants! Caskute is very delicious as it matches the hardness of the bread, the flavor of wheat, and the saltiness of ham and camembert ❤️ And cream croissants! It's soft and milky with just the right blend of custard and fresh cream! As a cream lover, I love the simplicity of the product as it doesn't contain any fruit ❤️ (By the way, if you want fruit, I also recommend this strawberry cream croissant) The croissant seems to have cereal in it. I don't get the serial feel...lol When I enjoy a croissant on its own, I like it a bit more buttery, but I think this lightness is just right for a sandwich! The store is so small that it feels small when only 2 or 3 people enter and browse around.

This is a store I've been interested in for a while. Bought some bread. Luckily, the white bread and cream bread were freshly baked. I couldn't wait until I got home, so I got in the car and ate some cream bread right away. It's full of cream, heavy, and has a rich, gentle sweetness. The bread was moist and delicious even when eaten as is, and it was delicious even when baked. When I visited for the first time in a while, I happened to find the 4th anniversary limited edition chestnut and yuzu bread, so I bought it. It's a very luxurious loaf of bread with a lot of astringent chestnuts and yuzu peel mixed in. I've eaten bread from many different shops, and I'm impressed by how delicious it is. I would like to see this delicious loaf of bread sold for a long time, not just for a week, but for a limited time only in the fall. The fig croissant sandwich was also very delicious with an elegant sweetness and was crunchy and moist.

It's a few minutes walk from Settsu Motoyama, and I visited in the afternoon on a weekday, but there was a good selection of items. I bought cream bread, croissant, and cheese bread. It was very delicious! ! (postscript) I've been there several times, and it's a popular bakery with usually several people waiting in line. I bought mushroom tartine, milk French with pistachio, and black bean danish ♡︎ All of them were delicious, but the black bean danish was my favorite taste ♡︎♡︎
