This is a bakery located in Higashiuzura, Gifu City. The store's name comes from the quail in the place's name, and a cute quail character is drawn on the signboard. All the homemade breads are very delicious. There are many kinds of cute animal breads, including the shop's famous quail bread, so it's fun for both children and adults to choose from. When I visited on a Saturday afternoon, the "quail bread" I was looking for was so popular that it was already sold out. According to the staff at the shop, you can also make reservations for bread, so next time I'll make a reservation for the ``quail bread'' before going.

I found it on the way to pick up the eel I reserved for Somi-an and stopped by on my way home! The parking lot is wide and I forgot to take a picture of the building, but it was a very cute atmosphere😆 There are various types of bread, and the discount is quite good, so I thought it was a bargain! I bought Kei-chan curry bread, croissants, chibiso-se-ji bread, pork buns... After returning home, I ate pork buns. ! I was very satisfied with the dough, which was not affected by fat or anything like that, and was springy. The store clerk also bought too much and was confused about what to do.
