Ama, Aichi, Japan｜Brighton Bakery

If you look at the photos with high ratings, there are cute Totoro & Makkuro Kurosuke and I stopped by! The taste and price are good, and they put it in the orange bag properly!

I happened to be passing by and there were people lining up, so I looked it up and found out it was a bakery, so I stopped by on my way home. I arrived around 2pm on a Saturday, and although they had run out of products, they had freshly baked cream bread and mini croissants, so I decided to eat in. The mini croissants are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The other breads are also fluffy and light. You can still eat it! It's so delicious that you'll think ️. When I chose bread for breakfast on the way home, they exchanged it for freshly baked bread. The people at the store are very kind 😃 I think it's a very popular restaurant because there were always customers coming in while I was eating. I want to eat it again, but it's a shame because it's not nearby 😢💦

It was originally a bakery located behind Tsushima Station, but it was relocated when I moved away from my hometown. I finally found out about the new location a few years ago (current location), and it was difficult for me to find the restaurant on holiday, so I was finally able to eat there for the first time in a few years. 😭 I had bread with a slightly hard dough and thick herb sausage, but it was really delicious. The cheese and honey focaccia is also delicious. You can see the craftsmen preparing food in the back of the store, which is calm. There is also an eat-in space where you can drink coffee. I was able to get the bread warmed, although it was probably only when I made it by hand. 😍 I missed lunch and was hungry, but I was really happy to be able to taste Brighton Bakery bread for the first time in a while! I forgot to take a photo 🤣 It's a bit far, but let's go again!
