Gifu, Japan｜the PAN noritake

This is my first visit to this store. I bought 3 types of focaccia and baguette. The bread dough was really delicious. The surface of the baguette is quite hard, but the inside is quite moist, and the more you bite into it, the more delicious the bread becomes. The focaccia was delicious at first bite! It turned out lol No seasoning needed. I found some delicious bread.

This is a bakery that I have been interested in for a while 😊 I made a phone reservation from 10am and visited the store for the first time on Saturday ✌️ It's a tenant on the first floor of a building, so the inside of the store isn't that big, but the staff will take the bread for you. There were two groups waiting outside, but we were allowed inside first, probably because we had a reservation. When you open the door, there's a nice smell of bread 💕 They will quickly put the type of croissant 🥐 baguette 🥖 you reserved into a bag. The croissants 🥐 are freshly baked, so they come in a separate bag. Plastic bags are free. Payment is by cash or PayPay, no credit cards accepted. Baguette is quite hard. An butter baguette🥖I thought it would be heavy due to the butter in between... I took a bite and was hooked❣️ The mixture of butter and red bean paste is exquisite 🎵 Baguette with chocolate bar sandwiched in it🥖 Once you eat this, it's so delicious that you'll want to eat it again 🎵 Croissants, crispy ones, the croissants, etc...all of them were buttery and delicious🎵 If there's something you absolutely want to eat, I think it's best to make a reservation before visiting ☺️ If you like hard food, we recommend visiting our store 🫶

I ordered a matcha, hazelnut and chocolate croissant. The matcha bar has the flavor of Kyoto's matcha and I felt the commitment. Chocolate croissant chocolate is delicious with a luxurious taste like Godiva. The texture of the bread itself was also good. Next time I would like to try the baguette and focaccia. Also, the store is small and only one group can enter. You may want to be prepared to wait during busy hours.
