Any bread is delicious, but I recommend the melon salt butter roll and mentaiko fromage 🍞 The melon salt butter roll has a crispy melon bread texture and a buttery flavor that spreads in your mouth and has the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness 👍 When I visited ippo for the first time, I received the freshly baked mentaiko fromage, and it had a chewy, fluffy texture with plenty of mentaiko cheese that went well with the dough and I was hooked! There is a wide variety of curry bread and oyaki, and I'm looking forward to seeing new products coming out all the time.
