A real gem of a bakery! If you find yourself in the area this is a must stop. They have a wider variety of items than your typical bakery—lots of sandwiches, sometimes pies and cakes—enough to buy a to-go meal (even have a little fridge with juice boxes and tea). But as a foreigner that can’t be satisfied by soft super market breads, the real value is in the texture! Baker must really care about what he does.. it’s the perfect mix between harder western textures and Japanese bakery classics (think curry bread, yakisoba sandwiches, hotdog bread, walnut bread, etc..). Their bigger loaves are worth taking home too 🍞 Really tastes like love baked in. We live out of prefecture (over an hour out) but swing by as often as possible. Hear it’s a ma and pop shop but hope they can stay open for many years to come. Go get some good bread while you can!

I've been going there regularly since I was little. There is a wide variety of breads, including side dish breads, sweet breads, and white breads, all of which are delicious. It seems like new products are coming out every time I go, so I never get bored. The side dish breads range from nostalgic to innovative. Danishes are similar to the ones eaten in Northern Europe and are delicious. This store also offers many types of hard bread, which is rare in Kakamigahara. Walnut bread has a taste that even Westerners will enjoy. It's also good that they open earlier than other bakeries in the area. It mentions things like parking and customer service, but I don't care because I think those things are secondary. I wrote this because I wish you all the best in the future.

Campagne with walnuts and raisins! I don't think even specialty stores can compete with this store. Hard breads may be limited in quantity, but they are a masterpiece made by skilled artisans. The coffee top is also a product that moved me more than 30 years ago. It's still as delicious as ever. It's a long-established store that I remember buying for a mock exam 35 years ago when I was in middle school and eating it for lunch.
