Mizunami, Gifu, Japan｜Bakery Wagou

A bakery that I often stop by when I come to Gifu🥐 The shop has a warm and rustic atmosphere, and the impression is that each bread is carefully made one by one. There are many hard breads, which I like. The store is small, but freshly baked bread comes out more and more, and there is a wide variety. I love this shop, so if it's in my neighborhood, I'd like to go there every week...😂 I will continue to support you 🚩

This is a bakery that I often visit. There are so many different types of bread that I always find myself spoiled for choice. My favorites are melon bread and curry bread, and even though I keep looking at them, I end up settling on those.

All of the breads are delicious and have a beautiful shape, so it's easy to miss them. Personally, I recommend corn bread and melon bread. I buy the braided coppépan every time.
