Bread with a gentle yeast aroma. I think they are doing a good job at this price in this day and age. (I feel like the sweet bread is about 50 yen cheaper than the bakery around Fujigaoka) I think there's a wide range of breads you'll want to eat, from basic to sweet to salty. Hard bread has a chewy texture and volume that will fill you up. Mentai French and cream bread were delicious.

2023/04/02 I stayed at a nearby accommodation to go to this bakery♪ A bakery with techniques that won't disappoint Especially the crispiness of bread that needs crispiness is wonderful. The selling price is low even in this day and age ^^ However, we do not forget to be playful, such as side dish bread etc. The best part is the staff working there. Everyone, including the host, treats customers with kindness and courtesy. The technology was so amazing that I wanted them to sell high-quality bread for a limited time and in limited quantities using Instagram and advance notice. This was the first time we went to a bakery where we bought more bread than we could hold in both hands. Everything was really delicious♪
