The store is quite spacious and sells not only bread but also sweets and cream. First of all, they are all cheap and have a wide variety. Deli breads cost just over 100 yen, and open sandwiches cost around 200 yen. The bread is chewy overall, and has a texture that feels like it has been mixed with rice flour. Open sandwiches include coppepan, ciabatta, bagel, and white bread, all of which are luxurious with lots of meat, lots of vegetables, lots of fried food, and plenty of mayonnaise. Although the deli bread is simple, it has a nostalgic shape that makes you want to try it. They have hard breads as well as sweet breads such as danishes, which I would like to try next time. The toast-shaped and stick-shaped bread ears, which are rarely seen these days, have a very chewy bread flavor, and I would buy them for 50 yen and 35 yen. While there are many shops that serve stylish bread, I would like to see bakeries that offer something simple yet reassuring.

I like bread I think it's a very delicious bread. I bought a sponge cake and croissant sandwich. Castella bread was fluffy and delicious. The response from the staff was also very pleasant.

Iida is a yakiniku town, so the kalbi sandwich I bought was pita bread type, and it was original with Caesar salad dressing. The thinness of the pita bread emphasizes the presence of the meat, which is really nice. I took a bite instead of a snack, but it was so delicious that I couldn't help but eat it all at once. Oh, don't underestimate me... It seems to be wholesaled to Silk Hotel, and it came out for hotel breakfast. When I come to Iida again, I want to drop by.
