Shiojiri, Nagano, Japan｜Boulangerie Nakamura

If in Shiojiri, don't miss this excellent boulangerie. Crusty baguette, only 300 yen, a small sugar pastry, similar to a kouign-amann from Breton, and small pastries with fruits and bread rolls rolled around dried apricots. This is first class baking. I would like this bakery to be in my local village.

Very delicious, very authentic French baking. They even have baguettes. The pastries are so good!! Highly recommend.
