Otari, Nagano, Japan｜Ichirin no hana (One Flower Bakery)

Visited on February 19, 2022, during the waiting time at Resort View Furusato. It's a 7-8 minute walk from Minami-Otari Station. There was a lot of snow, but the snow had been removed so there was no problem walking. If you don't look it up on Google Maps beforehand, you'll likely pass by. Although it's faded, the font on the store's signboard is nice. It's a small shop and doesn't have much variety. Rather than picking up the bread you want to buy yourself, you can tell the staff and have them pick it up for you. I bought Cheese France, banana cream/pear/orange/peach pie Danish, and 2 loaves of bread from the showcase. I ate the sweet bread in the Resort View Furusato car on the way home. It was crispy and very delicious.

A bakery in Otari village that is featured on Rurubu. It looks like you might overlook it at first glance. Salt bread? Koppepan? It seems that they are being sent to elementary and junior high schools in Otari Village. I visited around 11 o'clock and there were many sweet breads and cupcakes. The pumpkin croissant was very delicious.

My favorite breads are Bacon Epi, Pear Pie, Peach Pie, Choco Bread...the names are different, I think. Sorry for the mistake. Every bread is unique and delicious. I have the impression that there are more sweet breads than side dish breads. There are also several types of bread. The store clerk will teach you how to eat deliciously, so it will be helpful. We also sell local handmade products. Even though it is a private store, I really like the fact that it accepts cashless payments. I also like places that work late into the night. I will go again.
