Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Gappido bread (Tsukihido Bakery)

Best whole meal and spelt bread I have had in Japan so far and it last so well , has good strong taste on first day then mellows through the week , owner is really nice too and friendly , thank you see you again soon

Real wood fired oven bread! Big loaves!

Azumino's wheat is ground at the store and baked in a kiln using hardwood firewood. Other people have written about the taste, but it feels like sour German bread. I personally like the taste, but my children didn't like it. If you are particular about bread, please come by once. The business days are limited, so be careful when visiting the store.
