I came here for the first time. There were many kinds of authentic German bread. The sweet bread system is also substantial, and it was the best bakery for me who likes both. All of them were delicious, but the bread called Bamberger Broat was fun because it looked like a king insect, and it was very delicious with a sour dough. It was freshly baked and warm, so you can eat as much as you want 😁

There are so many authentic German breads that you will be spoiled for choice. I like 100% rye bread, and while there aren't many stores that carry it, this store has it! And it uses sourdough! (There are quite a few stores that use yeast...💦) I ate it as soon as I bought it, and it was very delicious. I also bought some pretzels, but since they weren't sprinkled with coarse salt on the surface, they weren't too salty, so they were delicious and could be eaten as a meal or as a snack. The soft bread with cream cheese and berries was also delicious ♡ Next time I would like to buy some bread.

It would probably cost more if I bought it in Tokyo... Neither the dough nor the ingredients are heavy on the stomach. We use gentle materials. Delicious on toast or in sandwiches. My favorite is this curry bread. It has a lot of ingredients, and although it's not spicy, it has a strong flavor, which I like ✨✨
