Tokamachi, Niigata, Japan｜Takahashi Bakery

I couldn't forget the taste I had 5 years ago, so I went to Tokamachi for the first time in a while, so I decided to visit! Milk bread with a nostalgic taste! It's definitely delicious! I thought it was a bakery that was loved by the locals. I definitely want to stop by when I go again someday!

The moment I entered the store, I was convinced that this store's bread was delicious and ended up buying too much. I immediately ripped off the taco meat bread inside. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the middle ingredient is a slightly spicy sauce. After all, it's a hit shop, no! It was a big hit at this store. I bought a few other types of bread, but after eating the bread I mentioned earlier, I got so carried away that I forgot to record them. Sorry m(_ _)m

In the evening on the way back from sightseeing in Niigata by car. I came across this bakery while looking for a roadside station. Even though it was close to closing time, there were quite a few customers, which shows how popular it is with the locals. All the breads are reasonably priced, but I chose the egg sandwich and ham sandwich. When you actually hold it in your hand, it has a lot of ingredients and feels heavy in your hand. Gulp the bread you bought in the car with your big mouth! Good! ! I'm just so grateful to have found such a wonderful shop in the quiet mountains.
