A cute bakery in the shopping district. Even if you visit around 5:00 in the evening, there are quite a few varieties, so I'm happy. I end up choosing several. Koppepan has a heavy filling, so one piece will fill you up. The faint sweetness of the koppepan made me miss the bakery in Niigata City that had disappeared a few years ago. Decided to go regularly.

The parking lot is a shopping street, so it's far away, but I feel like I'm going to buy it as soon as I park on the road. The store is small, so it can accommodate 3-4 people. Coppe bread shop in the shopping district. The dough of the koppepan is chewy and really delicious. There are so many different types of koppepan that I get confused, but for side dishes I like salmon tartare, and for snacks I like black sesame kinako. It is recommended to eat it the same day, as the unique chewy texture will fade the next day.
