They know how to bring out the flavor of every ingredient in their baked goods. I honestly haven't had great pastries like this in a while. Staff was very friendly as well!

Of course it's a bakery, but the cake was delicious😋🍴 They also used well-chilled plates, and I was surprised at the care they took to ensure the temperature of the cake was delicious. The coffee is also hand-grinded from the beans on the spot and hand-dripped, so they are very particular about it. The light acidity matches the cake and is the best. I want to buy some bread next time.

My favorite bakery. As everyone's reviews have said, we sell breads and cakes made with ingredients that are safe to eat and locally produced vegetables. Even though I've been there many times, I finally took a photo of the showcase so I'll post it. (Although it's only the cake (^^;; I received permission to take photos inside the store. The other photos were taken on a different day) The product lineup is as of 6 people entering the store immediately after it opens on Sunday. Many people buy in bulk, so some items are already running low... I've had a variety of sandwiches, cakes, and breads, but the ones I particularly love and keep coming back to are the soy milk cream puffs, quiche, and whole wheat bread series. Soy milk cream puff (2nd photo)...A guilt-free combination of whole grain flour and soy milk cream! (Actually, I'm sure some people will complain about the cream puffs.) The dough is stuffed with plenty of cream. I want to eat this cream because it's light and not boring ( ´ ▽ ` )! I recommend it because you can eat it to your heart's content when you want to. Quiche (3rd photo)...The vegetables used vary depending on the season. Not only are the vegetables delicious, but the dough is very crispy and delicious! When you think of quiche, you might think of something thick, but the quiche here is thinner. For example, if you like thin and crispy pizza, you may like it. Whole grain bread series: We have bacon bread, walnut bread, sausage bread, cheese bread, raisin bread, etc. (products using whole grain dough are listed, so please check with the store for details). Ecomo's whole wheat dough is really chewy, so it's delicious and fragrant, so even those who don't like it should give it a try. We also have seasonal mille-feuille, shortcakes, gluten-free cakes, and baked goods that have really delicious puff pastry. We use carefully selected and safe materials, so we think your children will feel at ease.
