We do not use any additives such as margarine, yeast food, or vitamin C in our bread making. Being healthy is the source of everything ❗ Our concept is to "support health from food" by cultivating homemade yeast and blending whole grains in all breads. I love this concept! ️ I ordered Toro Tama Curry Toast 280 yen, Cream Bread 240 yen, German Frank 260 yen, Batard 460 yen, Coffee ☕ etc. Total 1,677 yen. The bread is soft, sweet with the aroma of wheat and the quality of the ingredients. ⏹️Bread classes are being held regularly ⏹️Business hours: 8:30-17:00 ⏹️Closed Mondays
October 2022 I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon while cycling to Samukawa Shrine. A cute bakery in town. Sweet breads are priced around 200 yen. As I was looking at all of them because they all looked delicious, the lady at the register recommended a fig fruit sandwich for 300 yen, which I decided on. There is a small eat-in corner inside the store, and when I told them I would like to eat it inside, they served it on a cute plate. A hearty fruit sandwich with a whole large fig from Chigasaki. Although it looks luxurious, the bread is moist and the cream is not too sweet, giving it a good balance. The fresh figs were juicy and perfect. The cream bread I brought home was also delicious. A local shop that is doing its best. I want to support you.
I got lost on the way to visit Samukawa Shrine from Samukawa Station (Originally, Samukawa Shrine is the closest to Miyayama Station), so I took a break and had toast and iced coffee at an eat-in shop. It's just a toast with butter on freshly baked toast, but it's been a long time since I tasted the original taste of bread. It's so delicious. I ate 3 breads, but it's basically a delicious bread. The deliciousness of butter remains great. The pita bread was not good, but other than that, it's delicious. It may be unsatisfactory for those who can't stand bread without flavor, but for those who value the taste of the ingredients, this bread is a must-try. It was the first time I ate three pieces of bread by myself. Even when I was eating at the shop, customers came every few minutes even though it was a small shop. Isn't it a local popular store? It is limited to those who go to visit Samukawa by car, If you are going to Samukawa Shrine by car, how about stopping by?
