I stopped by while hiking in Ome Hills. It's so delicious and cheap that it can't be compared to the usual family-run bakeries in rural areas that aren't that delicious. As you can see, the shop's appearance and signboard give off an atmosphere, but the inside is also small, and not only that, but the owner is charming, and this is what you'd expect from the world of The Bakery. Just going to see it makes me feel warm. There are many types of bread, and it's small and easy to buy, so if you're passing through the area, we recommend taking a detour here.

The bread is delicious! It feels like a traditional loaf of bread that is dense (not fluffy) and has a strong flour flavor. I'm happy to cut it into thick pieces, toast it until it's slightly golden brown, and munch on it without putting anything on it. The unique flavor is addictive.

While walking around Ome, I looked for a delicious bakery based on word of mouth and came across it. Around 2 o'clock on Sunday. Most of them were sold out, but I managed to buy two types. The shop is small and people you don't know may walk past it, but the bread is just the way I like it. It's been a long time since I found delicious bread.
