A bakery near Musashi-Itsukaichi Station. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the store and 2 parking spaces next to it. The road leading to the store is quite narrow and one-way. Handmade by a baker from Itsukaichi. They carry a wide variety of breads, from everyday breads to side dish breads and sweet dessert breads. The bread dough itself is delicious, so any bread you eat will be delicious. The meat pies and croissants made with Akigawa beef have thin layers of dough that are crispy yet still have the flavor of wheat, which I personally recommend. There are many spots surrounded by nature, so it's a good place to take out and have lunch outside.

Toward the end of my bike trip, I found a bakery that looked good a little off course, so I decided to stop by. Generally speaking, I have never had a successful attempt like this, but this time might have been the best encounter. Homemade bacon croque monsieur, Akigawa beef meat pie has delicious fillings. Of course bread! Jalapeno x Gruyere cheese. It's not too spicy and the cheese flavor is perfect. The baguette and coupe are placed vertically, so it may not be exactly a baguette, but that doesn't matter; it's extremely delicious. Muscat and cream cheese. Homemade spiced curry bread and curry are also delicious. Of course bread! Pastrami beef and almond baguette. Maron Rustic. Strong chestnut flavor! Delicious and absolutely perfect. The people at the store are also very kind and... It's really the best.

The curry bread was delicious. I don't have any photos, but all of the other cute breads are delicious, and the atmosphere of the store and the staff are nice, so I would go there every day if it was nearby.
