I knew that the store was open-minded as they welcomed junior high school students as part of their work experience, but the taste was also top-notch! ! My mother, who is in her 60s, said that the store had been closed for several years, but when I said, ``It looks like they're open for business now,'' the next day, my mother was happy and bought a large amount for her child. Apparently, he used to buy the cheapest assortment of bread scraps. I was so happy to see that there were so many pieces of castella cake in there...I was happy to see my mother reminiscing and talking happily. I am grateful for the history of Iwasaki Bakery. I would like to have conversations like this one day when I am old enough to have grandchildren, so I hope that they will continue to do their best in the business.
