More Comments at Google MapAmazing bread (baguettes) and croissants. Same quality as the best bakeries in France. Highly recommended!
The bread here is delicious! No doubt. This time I bought a baguette and bread with red bean paste and cream cheese. I wonder if the bucket is a lot of water bread? I like regular baguettes, but I also love bread with a lot of water. This makes it easy for people with bad teeth to eat.
The croissant had a light texture rather than the rich buttery croissant like PAUL, and it was so delicious that even if I ate two of them with the pain au chocolat, I wouldn't feel sick to my stomach. I was fascinated by the many layers of croissant dough. The semi-hard bread was also delicious. Kirinpan is a great dish for me. I was really impressed by the thick texture of the figs and macadamia nuts. There are many chain bakeries around Fuchu Station, but there are no independent bakeries that sell semi-hard bakery items, so I will continue to go there in hopes of increasing business.
