More Comments at Google MapI recently came across the Walk Master's Town Bakery series on the internet, and I'm using this as a reference for opening a bakery. This shop was also used as a filming location for the movie. It also sells cheap sweets and feels like a shop with roots in the local area. Purchased omelet bread and apple bread. Both are reasonably priced at less than 200 yen. The omelet bread is filled with potato salad and fried egg, and it's voluminous and delicious. It has a gentle taste. Apple bread is also full of apples. In particular, I felt that the side dish bread was well stocked. While boulangeries and bakeries that promote hard breads are becoming popular (even for me, it's a boom), I also love bakeries in small towns like Nicholas Seiyodo. Next time I would like to try the yakisoba bread.
Despite being far from the station, the shelves were empty by 2pm on Sunday. As expected, it's a popular store. From the bread that was barely left, I bought a donut without filling, half a loaf of white bread, cream croquette, and potato salad. The total cost is just over 400 yen. Yasu… As soon as I got home, I bit into the donut without the bean paste, feeling like it was just the right thing to fill my stomach. “Eh, delicious.” I couldn't help but look at it twice. It has the elasticity that bounces off your teeth, the sensation of air leaking out, and the milky sweetness that gradually comes out as you chew. Everything about it was just right, from the sweetness of the powdered sugar sprinkled around it to the right amount of oil. No, if anything, if there was bean paste in this, it would be a little too sweet for me... It's way better than the donut specialty shops that have been popping up lately, like malasadas and punchiki...Wait, isn't this just 50 yen...? ? My brain gets buggy for a while... When bread is toasted, the edges and surface are crispy, and the inside is chewy, like a donut, creating an excellent contrast. Doc's cream croquette has a thick layer of potato starch that is nostalgic. The cabbage and sour sauce underneath also do a good job. I sincerely hope that a restaurant like this, which is not fashionable at all, but makes delicious food that you can't resist, will continue to exist for a long time. I'll see you again.
The store has a nostalgic atmosphere. There are a wide variety of delicious sandwich-style coppépans with lots of ingredients (almost bursting). It's delicious and cheap. I'm worried because it's too cheap. Every type of bread makes you feel happy when you eat it. The staff are also very cheerful and friendly (a mature woman and another woman), and I like them. I want to complete all types. Pudding bread is exquisite. This is addictive.
