I visited this bakery on a Saturday in October. Near the Inada embankment along the Fuchu Kaido road, a shop with a red eave appeared among the rows of houses, and I immediately recognized the shop. Arrived at the store as soon as it opened at 10am. It seems like they are still arranging products just after opening, and there are still a few empty spaces on the shelves. A woman who appears to be a wife seems to be busy attaching product tags and arranging bread. There was a bread workshop in the back of the store, and someone who looked like the owner was baking bread. From the outside, the shop looks like an ordinary bakery with no fashionable atmosphere, but inside the shop, each bread is introduced in a very cute and elaborate POP, and the way it is displayed is very fashionable. That's what it feels like. I was looking for bread for lunch for my junior high school son who was waiting for me at home, and I found a rare deli bread called Tuna Katsu Coppe (170 yen), so next to it was a ham cutlet with miso cutlet sauce. Purchased with Coppe (200 yen) and Juicy Wiener (180 yen). I also wanted to try some sweet sweet bread, so I bought a cream bread (160 yen) that was labeled as homemade custard cream, a small fried bread-based soybean bread (120 yen), and a peanut coppe (180 yen). Did. As I was leaving the store and taking photos of the store, customers started coming in one after another. I think it's only around 10:10, but it seems like it's a popular bakery. When I got home, I tried some of the breads, and all of the breads were delicious, so I'm convinced it's a popular shop. The impression of each bread is as follows. The tuna katsukoppe is very delicious with a soft and sour mayonnaise-based sauce, and the shredded cabbage and perilla leaves add an accent to the flavor. The tuna cutlet has no fishy smell and is delicious. The ham cutlet is quite thick. The slightly sweet miso sauce goes well with the ham cutlet and is delicious. Juicy sausages are as delicious as expected. It's cheesy and delicious. Kinako bread is sweet and lightly fried, and the flavor of soybean flour is good, making it delicious. Peanut Coppe has crunchy peanut grains in the peanut cream, giving it a rich and delicious flavor. And the cream bread I ate at the end was delicious with homemade custard cream! The taste is comparable to the cream bread from Minoya in Mukaigawara, a bakery that I believe in. If it's this delicious, I'm sure other breads will be delicious as well. I would love to come back and try other breads. Thank you for the meal.

It's a small shop but has a wide variety. very delicious. In particular, the mushroom pizza bread has a strong taste and is delicious, and the red bean paste and margarine bread is soft and delicious!

The outside of the store looks like an ``old-fashioned bakery,'' but they also carry hard breads, and the lineup changes little by little, so it's fun to choose what you want.
