A store in my neighborhood that I've always wanted to visit. Since it's a famous store, I had made a reservation in advance, so pick-up was smooth. Unfortunately, you can only pay by cash. The staff seemed to be working hard to prevent infection by putting on and taking off gloves. Miso flavor 2 loaves 907 yen (tax included) It feels quite heavy when you receive it. I got home and had a quick bite. There is no miso taste at all and it is slightly sweet. Moist, heavy, and chewy The more you chew, the more the wheat flavor becomes. I was full after only eating a small amount, but My one and a half year old son seemed to enjoy it and ate 1/4 loaf. The next day I ate it as thick slices of toast and it was even better. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! Next time, I would like to try the black bean bread, which is only available on Saturdays and Sundays.

It is located on the grounds of Tsukuda Asa Shoten, in front of Omori Higashi 1-chome Mihara Children's Park. The bread is chewy, so I personally prefer to eat it as it is without toasting it when it's freshly made.There are plain and miso flavors (depending on the day, there are buto and tanba). . It is recommended because it is cheap and delicious among the trendy luxury bread.

A high-end bread shop opened within walking distance in April, so I visited here when I thought things had calmed down a bit. I wasn't calm at all (lol) Plain can be purchased when the store opens, but miso and grapes can only be purchased by pre-order. I made a reservation for miso, picked it up when it was ready to bake, and ate it as soon as I got home. It's fluffy and very delicious. It's still delicious on toast the next day. I'm a bit addicted lol
