A bread and cake shop run by a French restaurant in Daikanyama This is Part 3 of my introduction to my favorite shops in my hometown of Omori. This time we will be introducing the bread from the bakery/cake shop located on the 1st floor of the Omori Station Building Atre. The main store is a French restaurant in Daikanyama. I've never been there, but in addition to being open for lunch and dinner, they also sell baked goods, bread, and cakes online. In addition to selling bread and cakes over-the-counter, the Omori store also has a 19-seat eat-in space. I bought a whole cake here before and it was very delicious, so this time I bought a loaf of bread (8 slices of mountain bread) for the first time. There is a wide variety of breads available, from side dishes to sweets such as danishes, sandwiches, white bread, and baguettes, and the popular canelés are often piled up at the store. The cakes are displayed in glass showcases, from small to large cakes, and are mesmerizing just by looking at them! The bread does not use preservatives, and its main ingredients are domestically produced flour, sugar, and butter. The taste itself is not overpowering, and has a slightly sweet and simple taste, which I like. The texture is moist and chewy, so you can eat it as is in a sandwich, or when you toast it lightly, it becomes crispy and has a different flavor. Next time, I would like to purchase some small items. Thank you for the meal!

There was a little sweetness for a while, but it's the best recently. There are a lot of new sweets shops now, and I'll try to eat them. After all!
