More Comments at Google MapA simple and cute bakery loved by locals. Whether it's standard bread or bread full of originality, the fun of choosing is priceless! Curry bread that is not fried was a happy encounter ♡
It's a small shop, but customers come in one after another. I was the only one who had trouble choosing bread, so perhaps there are many repeat customers. I could see several people kneading bread in the store, except behind the counter. I get the impression that there are many unusual side dishes. Personally, I like small bakeries, so it was perfect for me.
This is a shop along Higashihachi Road. When I went there for the first time in a while, the parking lot that was there before was gone. The inside of the shop is large enough for 4 to 5 people, but there are quite a few different types of bread. The bread I bought banana round bread There was also maple, but maple is also available at other stores, so I chose banana. The banana flavor wasn't too strong, and it was delicious with just the right amount of flavor. italian There were also quite a few Italian breads. The bread was made by cutting a baguette in half and topped with tomato, cheese, and other pizza ingredients, and it was delicious with the crispiness of the baguette. I forget the exact name, but it's curry bread with tomato and cheese on top. The regular curry bread was also delicious, but I personally recommend this one. Mitaka yeast blueberry and white chocolate bread There were quite a few items that used locally sourced ingredients. This was exquisite. Pineapple and cream cheese bagel It is a heavy and chewy bread. It has a strong pull like a bagel. Orange & cheese anpan All the sweet breads were very delicious, but the only one I thought was that the orange and red bean paste didn't go well together. Maybe it's a matter of personal preference. The bread was made with Hoshino natural yeast and Hokkaido wheat, and was very delicious.
