One of my favorite bakeries in all of Japan. That's a daring statement, but I don't think I've ever had anything from this bakery that I wasn't blown away by the quality, freshness and creativity of flavors and food textures presented by this bakery.

Excellent bread shop with a German flair (I'm not German so what do I know). Well, I know good bread and they have it. Some favorites of mine are their croissants which they make in a pretzel style, the cinnamon donut balls, and their wheat toast bread. I've become a regular since I moved to the area and feel extremely lucky to have them so close by.

This breadshop is redefining the bread, the baker innovate German bread with Japanese taste, in a brilliant way.
