More Comments at Google MapA bakery that opened on the border between Kichijoji and Nerima Ward. The bread is additive-free and made with domestically produced wheat, so unlike bread from a typical bakery, it's light, gentle, and easy to eat. Bread seems to be popular, but baguette? It looked delicious, so I'd like to try it next time. By the way, the croissant was delicious🤤
I bought white bread, baked curry bread, walnut camembert, and seasonal Sakura An salted butter. Everything was very delicious. I'm also thankful that the price is low considering the volume and the use of domestic wheat. It seems that there are times when the items are sold out depending on the time of day. It looks like they'll start selling on the go, but I wonder where they'll go 🤔 I hope it's in my neighborhood.
The signboard states that it is a domestic flour with no yeast food or preservatives added. Although it has only recently opened, it is so popular that it is sold out before it is finished in time for lunch. I was only able to buy one piece of cheese bread. Delicious wheat aroma and light acidity. I don't know if they avoided the area around Kichijoji Station because rents are high and there is a lot of competition. I would like to support them because I think it is difficult to manage additive-free bread that costs a lot of money.
