A bakery in Higashi-Nakano. The store is named after the owner's birthday. It's a small shop, but there are a variety of breads on display, and you can pick them up for yourself from the staff. It's often lined up at popular stores, but it's so delicious that it's worth lining up to buy it. Many of them have a simple taste, so they are great when rebaked and paired with wine. The prices are reasonable, and you can even see staff from nearby restaurants coming to buy them. The staff will kindly give you advice on how to eat it.
