Located right next to the north exit of Nishi-Ogikubo Station. The koppepan here is just so soft and delicious. There are so many different flavors of ingredients inside that it's hard to decide. Everything is delicious.

On the 10th of every month, the Koppepan is 100 yen, so I go there every month. Fluffy and very delicious
